We conduct fair and transparent evaluations from multiple perspectives, utilizing goal management techniques for objective performance assessment. Our process considers individual efforts and potential throughout the journey toward goals, and expands to a macro-level organizational evaluation—seeing the forest rather than just the trees.
Organizational Evaluation
In addition to individual assessments, we conduct organizational evaluations from a managerial perspective. Alongside detailed individual evaluations, we assess the organization at a macro level based on each person’s contribution to overall company performance, supporting sustainable management.
Individual Performance Evaluation
We utilize the MBO (Management By Objectives) method for evaluations. Employees set their own goals, and supervisors objectively assess performance based on the outcomes.
Individual Competency Evaluation
Beyond performance management, we assess individuals’ potential and capabilities. In addition to goal achievements, evaluations include voluntary efforts for skill development, diligence, and teamwork spirit. These aspects are assessed through multi-rater feedback and other random evaluation methods.
