Employees and stakeholders may freely report any unethical behaviors, including unfair business practices by our employees, offering or receiving bribes and entertainment, improper demands, fraud, and other misconduct.

When submitting a report, the following information should be provided: a subject/title, detailed description of the report, reporter’s name (anonymous reports are accepted), and preferred method of response (email, phone, mail, or no response required).

❙ Confidentiality of Identity of Informant

The HR and General Affairs Team will diligently investigate reported matters while protecting the confidentiality and identity of informants. Measures will be taken to ensure that informants do not suffer any unfair treatment or disadvantage as a result of their report.

If an informant experiences or fears retaliation or unfair treatment, they may request protection from the HR and General Affairs Team, which will take all necessary actions to minimize any adverse effects. Additionally, personnel measures such as reassignment, department transfer, or relocation may be implemented at the informant’s request.

The identity of the informant and the details of the report will be strictly kept confidential and will not be disclosed without the informant’s consent. Stakeholders who cooperate in the investigation such as by providing statements or materials will receive equal protection. Stakeholders involved in the verification process are prohibited from disclosing any information learned during the investigation.

By specifying the personal information of the informant and the violator and the details of the violation in accordance with the 5W1H method, attach the relevant evidence and report it to “Report a Violation” below.

In the case of urgent need such as unethical conduct that is currently in progress at the time of reporting, only the facts can be reported without evidence.
